During a typical inspection I will first examine the exterior of the home including the grounds, roof, chimney, siding, trim, porches and decks, driveways and any exterior electrical and plumbing fixtures.
I will then proceed to the interior and inspect the basement, attic, and the walls, floors, ceilings, doors and windows of all of the rooms as well as electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems.
Most inspections will usually take about 3 to 4 hours but may take longer depending on the size and condition of the home.
If you are present at the time of the inspection, you are encouraged to accompany me through the house or just sit back and relax. At the end of the inspection I will explain my findings to you and answer all of your questions.
The following day you will receive an e-mail message containing a secure link to your detailed narrative inspection report complete with digital pictures documenting my findings. Your report is confidential and will only be made available to you and anyone you wish to share it with.
